Meet the Team
Kathryn: Owner & Lead Photographer
Kathryn began her career as a teacher with Teach for America, and after years in the classroom was driven to nonprofit work. Her photography business was born out of the desire to continue that work while also being financially independent. Kathryn is incredibly thankful for that winding path, and for all the wonderful couples who have allowed this dream to become a thriving business. Kathryn absolutely loves getting to capture special moments, and strives to create clean, classic images and build meaningful connections with couples. Y también, ella habla español.
Gina: Associate Photographer
Gina joined the team in July of 2016, and has shot dozens of weddings at San Francisco City Hall since. She brings incredible expertise, having studied photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she earned her Bachelor's of Fine Art (BFA) in Visual Media, Photography, and Graphic Design. With her easy going demeanor and incredible eye, Gina is a joy to work with and couples are lucky to have her photograph their special day!
James: Associate Photographer/Second Shooter
James joined the team in August of 2017, and brings expertise in night and low light movement photography, having spent time shooting concerts and sports before focusing on weddings. His technical skills come from both his degree in Fine Art from Chapman University, as well as ten years of work honing his craft. James loves adventurous couples and challenging lighting situations, and the joy he feels while shooting is infectious! Couples love the creative and intimate shots he gets as a second shooter at larger weddings.
Megan is our behind the scenes lifesaver. She's the reason photos always get back, and why you can expect all your wedding photos within a month of your big day! She has an incredible eye, and her tweaks bring out the best in your images. It's a shame everyone doesn't get to meet Megan, because her kind, easy going demeanor is a joy in addition to her impressive technical skills!
